Raffle character owners will not have any commercial rights to the design of these characters.

Raffle characters may not be resold or traded for items or other characters.

Owners who no longer want the character should return it. Please refrain from deleting the character page altogether.

Credit me for design if posting character to any social media site.

All Characters For Sale are listed on my Ko-Fi Shop and the design and files will be received immediately upon purchase through Ko-Fi's transaction system

For my Adopt Designs, all sales are final. I don't accept returns.

The Buyer will get full res transparent img(s) in PNG format of the adoptable and I will transfer the character ownership to them over toyhouse. If the buyer does not have a toyhouse, I may store the character in a hidden folder there with record of who it belongs to. The buyer is responsible for updating me of ownership changes in this case.

The buyer may trade design, get commissions of the design, and/or include the design in personal projects as long as they aren't for monetary gain. I don't consent designs to be used commercially unless discussed prior to sale at an entirely different rate than standard. Please ask if you are confused about the difference between commercial and personal work.

Credit must be given to me when reposting my art.

Any design changes may be made to the design as long as the original artwork remains intact

Intentional whitewashing is NOT tolerated.

Vouchers may be used in the event of a trade, and can be for no more than 150% the original selling price of the adoptable

Buyers can only resell characters at the original price in the first year and markup up to a 3% increase for every subsequent year it exists

Use of any design I make in a defamatory or otherwise offensive manner will result in blocklisting from further design interactions

These terms and conditions are subject to change, without warning. I will generally post on social media when they are updated. Please review this page each time you are obtaining a commission from me.

Payment is due in full upfront before I start the commission.

Please do not hassle me on the completion without reason. Depending on the complexity of the commission and my backlog, the commission can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 3 months. I will tell the commissioner in question a rough estimate ahead of time and let them know if there will be any delays in getting their art out at the estimated time.

I retain all rights to any artwork or design I’ve created for use as a sample for my artistic prowess or to post to any of my social platforms.

My commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise discussed. Trademark usage will only be allowed under a separate fee structure and contract that will be agreed upon between the commissioner and I.

The commissioner may not use my art to misalign, bully , or harass any individual or group. If I see it happening, I will request the removal of the art and post, and report it for being a violation of my TOS and the platform’s TOS.

Finished commissions may be posted to other websites by the commissioner with proper credit given.

Finally all sales are final. Unless I fail to produce a finished piece within the timeline discussed, no refunds will be issued.
